Participants are invited to submit abstracts for presentation of electronic posters.
- Abstracts must be sent electronically via e-mail to contact@isppdudaipur.com and by surface mail to the Convention Secretariat.
- Only two e-posters, i.e., one in the student category and one in the faculty category will be accepted for presentation from each college. The presenting author(s) in each category must be limited to a maximum of three and be registered delegate(s) at the 7th National Postgraduate Convention of the ISPPD. All abstracts and posters of students must be endorsed by the concerned guide.
- Submission of abstract/poster will be acknowledged via e-mail within 15 days of receipt.
- Last date for submission of abstracts will be 31st December 2009.
- Final selection of abstracts/posters will be determined solely by the Scientific Committee based on review of its scientific content. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final. The Scientific Committee reserves the right for acceptance/rejection and allotment of sequence for presentation.
- Abstracts must be furnished according to the guidelines provided below:
Title:
The title must be short and concise and clearly reflect the nature of the study/procedure/topic. The title should be typed in Title Case, contain no abbreviations and not exceed 60 characters including spaces.
Author(s):
Authors’ names must be listed in full with the name of the principal author underlined. A maximum of three authors may be included.
Affiliation and contact details:
Complete affiliation (name of the department and institution) and full contact details (postal address, telephone number and e-mail address) of the presenting author must be included.
Content:
The abstract should be concise (not more than 250 words) and follow a logical sequence, with abbreviations defined on first mention.
Format:
Abstracts must be in Microsoft Word format and typed in Times New Roman font of size 12 points, with single line spacing.
Posters will be displayed on plasma/LCD screen. Please provide poster material on CD by 31-01-2010 |
For poster presentation, use power point (single slide)/pdf/jpeg/tif format. |
Entries are invited for participation in dental quiz.
- Only one team comprising of 3 PG students will represent each college.
- All entries must be endorsed by the Head of the Department.
- Last date for submission of entries will be 31st December 2009.
